Gift Cards
You can use your gift card for food and beverages at any restaurant in the Fink restaurant group: Quay, Bennelong, OTTO Sydney, OTTO Brisbane, Beach Byron Bay, Firedoor or Gildas.
For example, even if you have a Quay gift card, you may use it at OTTO or any Fink restaurant as listed above.
Please note, gift cards cannot be used for prepaid reservations such as special event days, or Fink gift shop online purchases.
Your card is valid for three years (36 months) from the date of purchase. If the date is not written on the back of the card, please check your card balance and expiry date using our ‘Check Card Balance’ feature on shop.finkgroup.com.au.
Yes! Your gift card may be redeemed repeatedly at any of our Fink restaurants until the value of the card has been used (or the card has expired). For payments larger than your remaining gift card balance, the restaurant will accept supplemental forms of payment, such as credit or debit cards.
Yes, there is no limit on the amount of gift cards that can be used toward one payment transaction in venue.
Buying the card
Physical and digital Fink gift cards can only be purchased online at shop.finkgroup.com.au.
Fink gift cards can be purchased in $50, $100, $150, $200, $250, $300, $400, $500, $600, $700, $750, $800, $900 and $1000 denominations.
There is a maximum of 10 cards per order and/or maximum card value of $5000 per transaction.
If you wish to purchase more than 10 cards in one transaction or in excess of $5000 value, please contact reservations@finkgroup.com.au. For corporate bulk offers, we can offer discounted billing.
Yes, you can for our digital gift cards.
Exchanges or refunds will not be issued for change of mind or duplication of an order. Please ensure to double check your order prior to checking out.
Delivery
Digital gift cards are delivered by email immediately to your nominated email address, unless a future date is selected.
If you haven’t received your Fink digital gift card within one hour of purchase, please check your junk/spam folder – it might be hiding in there!
If you are unable to locate it, please email reservations@finkgroup.com.au.
Balance
You can check the balance of your Fink gift card at any time by using our online ‘Check Card Balance’ feature on shop.finkgroup.com.au.
Alternatively, you can contact Fink Head Office on +61 2 8275 8205 and we can assist in checking the balance for you.
No, your Fink restaurant gift card may only be loaded with a value once, at the time of purchase.
Unfortunately, gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

Other
Please contact us at reservations@finkgroup.com.au as soon as possible. We will be able to put a hold on it until you are able to find it.
If it doesn’t turn up, please provide your order confirmation number, or we can verify this with the person who gifted it to you, and issue a replacement digital gift card with the remaining balance (conditions apply*).
*We will not reimburse you for any transactions conducted by an unauthorised person prior to you informing us of the card’s loss.
